Civil Casks.—a H. Willis v John Milnj ; claim £36 5s for 38 sacks s_ed wheat supplied to bis son, Thos. Miln, in accordasce with bis (the defendant's) verbal order. Mr T. G. Russell for pbuntiffi who stated that defendant's son was managing a farm belonging to his father, and also bad a small __rm of his own. Some of the grain off defendant's land, together with his owns was stored in plaintiff's store at South-ridge, and the defendant's son had taken a lien of £140 on it Plaintiff was verbally instructed by defendant when in the "township to let his son have what grain he -require-, out of the store, which plaintiff did. Defendant, who conducted his own case, submitted that he never gave plaihtiff authority to give his son what grain he *feqt*_rs<_. Thos. Miln, C. Magu-aniss and E. GHfe Staveleygave.evidence, after which jttdgmeht was given for plaintiff with costs* Wm. MeCorraick v J. Gaskin, claim £5, value of a gun. The gun was produced and handed to plaintiff, the latter being ordersd to pay costs. .
