GREAT STRIKE OF ENGLISH MINERS.
Pros AnoeUUoa—Blcetrte Tdesr-pb—cepyj-jj*-Lomov, July 20. The Miners' Federation by four to one refused to accede to the proposed reduction iv wages, and decline to submit the matter to arbitration. It was resolved that a reply be sent, declining to accept the terms of the colliery owners.
The Miners' Federation hare resolved to expel alt districts not accepting their decision respecting the proposed reduction in wages.
Later. The Miners' Federation has called out the whole of the miners.
