His Honour made the order as prayed. RE JOHK CX)CKLI, DBCBASED. On the motion of Mr Beattie. his Honour made an order for probate herein. BE THOMAS WM. SIB?, DECEASED, Mr Byrne obtained an order herein for letters of administration with will annexed. MOIR V GRAHAM AND OTHERS. Mr Fisher moved herein for an order for payment of certain moneys out of Court. Mr Salter, for some, of the parties, consented, and his Honour made the order. RE SEED ASP &GWCXTL?V&*U COMPANY. In connection with this ease, which was an application to settle list of cpntributories, the name of Silas Knight, for whom Mr Kippenberger appeared, was ordered to be struck off with £1 Is costs. In the cases of George Good and W. Cooper, after hearing .evidence his Honour took time to consider.
