QUARANTINE REGULATIONS.
(PKBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, December 15. The Harbour Board has received a communication from the Colonial Secretary that ie was considered desirable that vessels from Hamburg and Bremen should not be allowed to enter the harbour unless compelled by stress of weather, until the health officers had inspected them, .and requesting the Board to act accordingly. In respect to the barque Advancement, which left Hamburg lor Port Chalmers on September 19th, the Board have instructed the Harbourmaster to attend to these ~.........
