The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile, Agency Company, Limited, has declared a dividend of 10 per cent., per annum, and the National Mortgage and Agency of New Z&aland 5 per cent. Consols, 97|. Tbe New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following London cable message dated London, June 10th, 1592 :— Frozen Meat—Beef market dull. New Zealand fore and hind quarters are worth respectively 2|d and 3|d per -lb, nominally. Mucton—Market quiet. Canterbury and Wellington mutton is worth respectively 4£d and 3fd per lb; Lamb—Market quiet. Quotations unchanged since last telegram.
Tallow—-Market easier. Fine matton and good beef is worth respectively 26s Id and 24s 6d per cwt.
