The new army regulations allot two annual commissions each to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and New Zealand, and one biennially to Tasmania, deceived January 14th, 8.45 p.m. London, January 13. Under ,the new Army regulations the Governments of the several colonies nominate colonial officers, who must be between the ages of eighteen and t.wenty-two.
