Lokpow, January 13, The deaths are announced of the following gentlemen :—E*rl of Oharlemont, General Alexander, Bishop Beeves and the Archbishop of Genoa.
James Molyneux CaulSeld, K.P., third Earl of Charleraont, was born October 3rd, 1820,, and succeeded to the title in 1863. Hβ waa educated at Trinity College, Carabi;idg9, was Lord Lieutenant of Co. Tyrone, Sat us M.P. for Armagh Co. in the Liberal interest from. 1847-57. He was twice married, but leaves no Issue.
The Right. Rev, William Reeves, D.D., Protestant Bighop of Down, Ireland, was appointed to the see in 1886. %
