Mr W. G. Walkei• S the presiding otticer. Mr H. Allwriuijt moved, and Mrß Blackett, seu., seconded, tne of Mr W. Moor. The motion was agreed to. At 3.15 p.m. the election of a membert« serve on the Charitable Aid Board took place. Mr W. J. Neatb moved, and ifr Blaokett seconded, the nomination of Mr H. AUwright, who was declared duly elected. A vote of thanks to the presiding office closed the proceedings.
