Stead, thit some building should be set apart as a Club or place of recreation for our young men and lads, who, working all day in factories and workshops, have nowhere to meet one another and enjoy themselves but the street and places where temptation abounds. ' I earnestly hope this matter will engage the hearts, hands, and purses of those who love this country and its future, to say nothing of Christianity and its founder. —Yours, &c,
