After the Telegraph Office dosed, Mr Duncan's amendment proposing to fl» the honorarium at £210 instead of imw proposed by the Bill, was rejected by 30 to 21. The third reading was then agreed to, and the Bill passed. BILLS PASSED. The Public Trust Ofllce Bill, Small Birds Nuisance Bill, and Stamp Ace Amendment Bill were put through the final stages. The House rose at 3.30 a.m. Friday, September 11.
