The Austrian Government is introducing measures to establish Workmen's Committees, Associations of Manufacturers, and Boards of Arbitration with a view to iuducing cordiality between employer and employed. Paris, June 18. The demands of the tramway strikers at Lyons have beeu complied with, and the strike has ended.
