[PSa PRESS ABSOOIA.TION.I Received June 19th, 1 a.m; London, June 18. The Labor Commission held its first public sitting to»day, the Earl of Derby presiding. Messrs O'Brien and McCarthy gave evidence on behalf of the Dockers' Union, recommending eight hours and the establishment of Arbitration Boards. A strike of tailors is imminent. Vienna, June 18. The Austrian Government is introducing measures to establish Workmen's Committees, Associations of Manufacturers, and Boards of Arbitration with a view to iuducing cordiality between employer and employed. Paris, June 18. The demands of the tramway strikers at Lyons have beeu complied with, and the strike has ended.
