Tr/KSDAT. There was t fair attendance at the market to-day. Iα the yards of MV W. Buss, auctioneer, business wai ureter brisk. There was an entry of 3000 sheep, 70 cattle, and 230 ptea. All classes of cheep and pigs were in strong demand, and the prices were as follows:—Fat crosshreds 14s to 149 9t3, crossbred ewes 11s to-12*. lambs 9s to 9s 6d, turniperetwo-tooth crossbred* Us 6d to 124 3d: fat cattle 18* per lOOlbs, milch cows £SS to £8 ; barton pigs 30s to 335, porkers 15s to 20*, good store pigs 10s to 13s, small pigs 4s to Bs. la the produce yards, batchers' cross bred sheepskins, 3s 3d to 3s 8d ; country skins, 2s 8d to 3s 5d ; merino do, Is 10d to 3s 3d ; hides all cleared at fall market rates; calfskins, Is; rough fat, lsd per lb;.rendered do, lilb to 2d ; wool in bales (atrapßlers), 5Jd to 6Jd ; locks and pieces, 2sd to 5H . per lb ; hens. Is 6d to 2e ; roosters, 1* 6d to 2s 6d ; daeks, 2<t 6d to 3s ; chlckwheat, 2s 8d to -3* ; Hunter's wheat, 3* 6d ; oats, la 6d; barley, 2s ; beans, 2s 9d ; peas, 2* 0d to 2i lid ; rye grass, 2s 6d to 4s; cocksfoot, 5Jd per lb; potatoes, 2* per sack : carrots, la 6d to 2a ; parsnips, 3* 6d ; onions, 53 6d to 6a 6d ; apples, 6s per case ; sharps, 6a ; bran, 3« ; fioiir, 20s sack guaranteed; cheese, 3&lb per lb.
