Lisbon, May 22. A Portuguese Ministry has been formed under General (Jhrisostpmo de Abreu c Souza. The finances of the country are improving.
Received May 24th, 7 p.m.
Lisbon, May 23. The Minister under General Chrieostomo de Abrea c Souza, which resigned during the recent financial crisis, has returned to power. A slight alteration, however, has been made in the personnel of the Cabinet.
