Crvn, Cases.—Hammil v Kynd, claim £5. Mr Bruges for plaintiff. The p]_untiix alleged that the defendant, after having appointed him to value the stock and furniture of the Coalgate Hotel, withdrew the commission at the last moment. Plain tUc claimed to recover the sum agreed upoa to bo paid for the said valuation. After the evidence of the principals had baataken the case was adjournedtill Juno 11th for the production of a witness. Judgments went for plaintiffs by default, with costs, in Duffy v Schnessler, £14 2s; Mason, Struthers and Co. v Hayden, £1 12b lOd ; Brown v Staplcton. _J5 9s; Shaw V Hornsby, 14s; and Hastio v Broome, M 4s 7d. Fergus v Morris was adjourned till May 28th.
