The jury in the Rockhamptou conspiracy cases have found all the accused, except; two, guilty of the charges preferred against them. The Judge sentenced thorn to three years' imprisonment each, and ordered that ou their release they should find sureties for their good behaviour for a period of twelve months. Three of the men charged with rioting at Peak Down, received a sentence of two years' imprisonment, one got two-and-a-half years, and two others eighteen months eaoh, all finding securities for an additional sis months' good behaviour.
