The Manipuris who were tried for the murder of Commissioner Quinton, Lieutenants Skene and Simpson, and Mr Cosains, have been sentenced to be beheaded by the publio executioner. Reoeived May 17th, 6 p.m. London, May 16. Despatches received respecting the Manipur revolt show that Mr Quinton intended arresting the chief Senapulty in the open Durbar, and leave a Regent on the throne.
