ENGLAND AND PORTUGAL.
THE SOUTH AFRICAN AGBEE-
MENT.

London, May 15. The draft agreement between England and Portugal with reference to the South African territory has been signed and has produced an excellent effect in Lisbon, and Portugal receives a triangular territory of 50,000 square miles in extent, bounded by the Pungive and Zambesi rivers and a line fiom Maranda to the junction of Shire and Ruo rivers. England obtains the rectified frontier, Manicaland and the right of passage over the Limpopo.

Lisbon, May 16. The new Anglo-Portugese agreement with regard to South Africa will be discussed in the Cortes next week.
It is reportod that England ia negotiating with Portugal for the purchase of Goa, a town and territory between the boundaries of Madras and Bombay.
