Stubbs was charged with leaving a train www in motion, on the 22nd April, at Selwyn **»' way station. A fine of lGs and corit#tf inflicted
Abusive Language.—Stubbs was also charged with using abusive language at the Selwyn railway station in the hearing** persons present.
