Mr W. Clark Russell's life of Lord Collingwood is now all in type. It will be a big book, with illustrations by Mr F. Brangwyn and a few others of historical interest. Mr Clark Russell has had access to the important papers and documents that are in possession of the Blackett family. These have provided him with some interesting material and manyhitherco unprinted letters. After Nelson Collingwood was king of the sea. and in attempting to retell his story and adventures Mr Clark Bussell has found, it may be said, an acceptable theme for a book for which, as a worthy companion to that well-thumbed classic of biography Southey's " Nelson," there is room. Wolfe's Schnapps is imitated. Look for the same. Unscrupulous traders are endeavoring to substitute cheap liquor in place of Wolfe's _*_u_app-.
