Mr Justin McCarthy has invited his followers to organise a series of country conventions throughout Ireiand, for the purpose of raising funds to keep the evicted tenants and select candidates to contest the Parnellite seats. Mr Parnell is not likely to re-conteet Cork. Received May 14th, 12.45 a,m. London, May 13. The Times has an article stating that Mr Parnell declares that if Mr Balfour's proposal to allocate the purchase money under the Irish Land Purchase Bill, and apportion the value of holdiugs, is aocepted, the Irish land difficulty is virtually settled, and also that Mr Parnell praises the works being carried out in. Ireland at the suggestion of Mr Balfour for the relief of the distressed people of that country.
