iDisoßEvixQ Lawful Commands. — Wil« Ham Bingley, a fireman on board the a. a. Ruapehu, waa charged with disobeying the commands of the officers of the steamer. Accused pleaded " Not guilty." The second engineer of the steamer gave evidence to the accused leaving the ship without leave, and refusing to come back when called upon. Hβ come back again and packed up hid swag, and then went ashore again with his clothes. Accused said that he waa not sorry for what he had done, and was sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment.
