London, April 21. Mr W. H. Smith, in reply to a question, said that unless Mr De Cobain, M.P., returned within one month to answer the charge against him, he would move for his expulsion from the House.
BalzieVs Agency denies that the two M,P.'s were among those arrested in Paris.

London. April 22. Mr DeCobain writes that he is prepared to meet the charges, provided his friends advise him tha. it is necessary to do so.
