Lord Salisbury favors the appointment of Messrs Mann and Burns to seats on the Labor Commission, but his colleagues differ with him. Received March 6th, 10.15 a.m. .-• •> London, March 5. The Shore' .Unions in London have agreed to return to work and remove the block. Burns has tabled a motion opposing the statutory limitation of labor. Received March 6th, 8.30 p.m. London, March 4. Three thousand five hundred non- * Unionists are now being employed at the London Docks.
