Staob Cabriaqk By-law. •— W. B. Saunders, fa* plying for hire with attun--llcensed gta/_*e carriage, waa ordered to pay the cocr, of the summons, 7s. Hrkaking Insulators. — Paul Cavanagh, E/iward Cavauagh, . aud Robert Sample, small boys, were charged with bveauinfi twenty-eight Insulators, valued at £2 ll'-s, on the telegraph wire in Lincoln road. They pleaded guilty to breaking some -of them. They were cautioned, and discharged, the Bench recommending their parents to pay for the damage, Whlett nii-/.ut be recovered from them by civii acr.ion.
