LODGE MEETING.
The half-yearly meeting of the Loyal Rangiora Lodge of Oddfellows was held on J— londay evening, when the h&Unce sheet showed in the sick and funeral funds of £2675 ls 9d on December $lst, 1889. and receipts for 1890 —576 4s' l\d; total, £3251 6s Bd, of which tiie amount £2359 was lent on mortgage; ball and land and furniture, valued at £54$ Ss id. The receipts for management were—£24B 3s Bd. of which £130 13a 8& was expended for medical aid, the remainder in Committee expenses. The" surplus fund of £1009 had still a balance of £995 4s 6d, after paying out £94 15a 6d. The assets were valued at £38354 a sd. _2se accounts were adopted, with votes of thanks to the Secretary, Bra —£arsf_ll; Treasurer, Bro. Hunnibell; aad tbe j Auditors, Bros. Jennings aad H. C. Wilson. After passing accounts the meeting then adjourned;
