(PBESS ASSOCIATION TKLKGBAM.) WELLINGTON, January 25. The Land Board, acting on the advice of the Crown Law Officers, have exonerated those persons who took up land at the instigation of Mr Coleman Phillips of any intention to commit a breach of the Land Act; and with regard to tbe action of Mr Phillips, the Board resolved that the matter so far as he is concerned should be referred to the Minister of J ustice to take action.
