For Northern Ports and Westport, per Mahinapua, at 12.30 p.m.; late fee letters 12.45 p.m. ; guard's van, 1.25 p.m. train. TUESDAY, JANUARY 27. For Otago, per Wailiora, at 11.10 a.m.; late fee letters, 11.20 a.m.; guards van, 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per Penguin, at 7.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, 8 p.m.; guard's van, 9,5 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28. For United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via Naples (specially addressed correspondence only), Poi a tdeGalle, India, China, Japan,&c.,and'Australian Colonies, per express, to connect with s.s. Waihora at Port Chalmers), at 10.15 a.m.; late fee letters, 10.25 a.m. ; guard's Tan on express, 11 a.m. Postage to the United Kingdom 6d per £oz. For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies, per Tekapo, at 1.45 p.m.; late fee letters, 2 p.m. -guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train.
Note—lt should be noted that the postage is reduced on letters to the United Kingdom ftnly.
