A SUGGESTED AttRANGEMENT[pBB PBBSB ABSOOTATIOH.] Beeaived Ja&aaxjt 23rd. lOSS aaa. Losdov, January 22. The Portugese Mozambique Company intend to sue the British South Africa Company for two millions, losses claimed to be caused by the action of the defendant Company in Manicaland. Lard Salisbury is weighing the merits of a scheme by v.hich a band of territory across Africa will be conceded to Portugal, together wich £1,000,000 cash, England retaining free access to both south and north of Zambesi, with railwary through Manicaland to the Coast, and possession of Delagoa Bay and Limpopo River.
