(Before Messrs R. H. Pearpoint and H. W.i Moore, Eeqs., XP.'s.) Overdue Rates. — Geraldine Roao Board v Byrne Bayley, claim £1114s, for rates due; judgment by default for the amount claimed and costs. Summonses had been raken out against some eight or nine other defaulting ratepayers, but tho defendants evidently thought it wisest t» settle the matter out of Court.
