They intend to stump Ireland. . The seceders from Parnell number forty-five and his adherents twenty-six. Parnell is preparing to stump Ireland. Received December 10th. 12.50 a.m. Sydney, December 9. At a meeting of the Newcastle branch of the National League, the proceedings were of a stormy nature. A motion thab Mr Parnell should be requested to retire from the leadership of the Irish Parliamentary party was negatived in favor of an amendment— That this League should await further details. London, December 9. Mr Parnell's Dublin Committee in a manifesto, urge resistance to the declaration of the Bishops and Mr Gladstone.
