The ordinary meeting of this Boardwalk held on Thursday, 4th December. Present —Messrs R, Bristow (Chairman), H, Mahler, and J. Cameron. Accounts amounting to £80 Is lid were passed for payment; receipts since last meeting, £63 lus sd. Tenders were accepted for tho following works—Building bridge, Sefton Reserve road, J. W. Thomas, Jttii 16s; reforming and shingling on Bowman's rdad, H. McCaw, re-forming 3s 6d per chain, shingling 10_d per yard. Tenders for cleaning Dock creek, consideration deferred to a full meeting of the Board. Correspondence was read and dealt with* It was decided that the ranger be instructed to take steps at once to set all dogs registered. It was also decided to invite tenders for a supply of dog collars for 1891. Tenders to be sent la by 10a.m. on Monday, the 15th inst. Relative to g.rse growing on the roads in front of several reserves, the clerk was instructed to write to the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the matter. The clerk was instructed to serve gorse notices on parties who have gorse growing on the road opposite their sections. The clerk's report was read. The Board then adjourned,
