Meares, St. Albans; H, jßlackefct, Bangiora; C. Hansen (Mayor) KaiapoT; BL Allwright, Lyttelton. : Mr W. Q. Walker, returning officer, ex-, plained that those present had to elect one 'member for the Hospital Board and one member for the Charitable' Aid Board., . .
