Captain Russell can hardly be spared, as all the Ministers are wanted so near the opening of the session/ and Sir W. Fitzherberfc would find it difficult to ..and be back in time. Iha illness of Sir George Grey, the third delegate, also coin* plicates the matter. The Government are now considering the position.- ■
