Tuesday, November 25. (Before T. McClatchie and R. Ticehurtt, Bsqs.) Larceny.—George Gleed, a fireman on board the Duke of Buckingham, was charged with the larceny of £2 from James Hunter. He was convicted and sent to gaol for fourteen days. Albert and Ernest Harkiss were charged witb stealing cherries to the value of Is from the garden of Mr Fitten of Governor's Bay. They' were convicted, and the police were instructed to see that both of them got a sound flogging.
