[PKB PHKBS ASBOOIATION.7 Received November 22nd, 10.3$ aan, Stdnet, November 22 A motion by Mr Dihbs in the Legislative Assembly setting forth the expediency of introducing a Bill to establish Courts of Conciliation to deal with disputes between capital and labor, was carried on the voices. Received November 23rd, 6 p.m. London, November 22. The Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Congress support eight boms for miners only, as they fear that a Bill providing for eight hours generally would destroy Labor Unions. Mr T. Burt, M.P., one of the Committee, insists that the adoption of eight hours even for miners will render half the miners in the north idle.
