Candidates will be allowed to take six of the following subjects :—Latin. Greek, English, French, German or Italian, Mathematics. Science, History and Geography, Drawing and Manual work—Mathematics, Science, ana Drawing being compulsory. Except for drawing and manual work, the candidates will be required to take the papers set in the foregoing subjects for the University Junior Scholarships, and to do well enough to obtain credit for the Matriculation Examination. Candidates must gain at least 30 per cent, of the full marks in Mathematics, Silence, and Drawing, and the marks in no subject will be counted towards the total unless the candidate has gained at least 20 per cent, of the full marks in that subject. A schedule of marks can be bad on application. The University fee for the Junior Scholarship Examination, is £1 Is, and the candid itea" names must be entered both with the Registrar of the University and with the undersigned not later than Saturday, November 22nd.
