On the motion of Mr Thomas the draft decree herein was approvedMr Fisher appeared for the defendants •?rmc_a__ v new zbaland rah.wat COMMISSIONERS. Mr Weston applied herein for an ordet for survey fees Incurred in the case, Mr Joynt contra objected that the matte? should first come before the Begistrar, His Honor agreed with Mr Joynt, and made no order.

RK BERNARD MORA, DECEASED, Mr Beswick applied herein for letters of administration with will annexed.
