Milkmaid, Oatmeal. Fabmebs' Plate—Muacatel, Nancy Till,-LUiin. Cauary. PtraticANS' Pvttsß— Bob FlVnn, Banana. Lixim, Nancy TIU, Foam, Nataat, Topsy. Occident was scratched for the Autumn Stakes at four o'clock on Thursday after* noon, hie trial beinx unsatisfactory, a Tae latest betting on the Autumn Stakes is—6 to 4 on the field. Dado and Merrte England dividing favoritism; 4 to 1 Rose Argent; B to 1 Woivetine and St. James. By train on Thursday the horses Wol« verine and St. James, in charge of C» O'Connor, arrived from Dunedin. These are the sole representatives of Otazo. "T. Buddicornbe will ride St. James In. the Autumn Stakes. :
