Dβceased was & clothier carrying on business in CreWe, and it is alleged that on the night of January 26th, -when being driven home by the younger prisoner, all three set onto Navies and murdered him. Deoeased had nine shocking wounds in the head. The female prisoner admitted that her husband was cruel towards her, and on otic occasion tried to burn haralim She also stated that he wa3 a bad father to the boya.
