GRAIN AND PRODUCE. The market is still devoid of animation, afatt €6aling3 in grain *o far have been comparatively small. Farmers are not reeomueii to present prices, and are therefore inclined to ship or hold on !n prefereace to quitting outright. Buyers on the other hami are not fceeh, and cannot see their Way to increase their offers, consequently prices are unaltered. There is a edmewhat better feeling in oats-,- possibly owing to reports of the damage sustained by the maue crops in Australia. The market, however, continues quiet, and neither feuyers nor sellers show any: anxiety to trade at present values. The tendency of barleyis stillin buyers' favour, and large lines are being pressed on the market. Rye grass is moving off rapidly, and prices are firm. Cocksfoot has more attention, and buyers and sellers being mord in accordi transactions are more fre-' quent.
