ARRIVAL OF THE 'FRISCO MAIL.
fPßiess association __a_waj_j-, AUCKLAND, February 8. Arrived, at seven this morning— Alameda from San Francisco, Passengers —For New Zealand — Miss Upton, Mr Barker, Messrs F. W. Haliiday, ax Governor of Virginia, C. M&lfroy and wife, D. Nloholls and Shirrock and wife Barnlstan's Circus Company. Six In the steerage.
The departure of the Alameda from San Francisco to Sydney was postponed till January 14th, from Saturday, lith, owing to the delay in receiving the AngloAustralian mails, caused hy tremendous rain and snow storms on the Central Pacific railroad route.
