The Governor of Mozambique has been ordered to immediately execute England's wishes with reference to the withdrawal of the Portuguese officials and troops from the Shire river and Mashonaland. Excited crowds throng the streets ot. the city, cheering the other foreign legations. Senhor Pimeatal is engaged in forming a new Ministry.
