DIVERSION OF TRADE.
STRIKE OF GASMEN.

London, December 7. Owing to the recant strike of the Lsndon dockmen there has been a a great diversion of trade from the London docks. The carmen have decided to join the Labour Union, which has resolved to boycott all busmen who are not members. The Union has also decided to eventually seek to compel the police and soldiers to establish a Union.
The coal porters express sympathy with the gas employees on strike, and intend to prevent <Mal being imported into London while the difference remains unsettled. Both at Manchester and Salford the strike of gasmen has occasioned great annoyance. . ... Received December 9th, 1 a.m. London, Decemter 8. The Dockers' Union protests against the tyranny of the Post Office ia forbidding carmen to join the Union, and have, therefore decided to boycott the non-Union men.
