London, November 22.
The annual report of the New Zealand Shipping Company shows that last year's deficit has been reduced to £82,000 {sic) and general indebtedness by £111,800. Mr £. S. Dawes has acquired the debt to the Bank of New Zealand, and the Directors will shortly issue debentures to cover the amount.
