Eight hundred men are now working at the Albert dock, and no further trouble bas arisen. Received September 20th, 10.20 p.m. London, September 19. With part of the balance (£8000) of tbe strike fund it is proposed to repay the advances made by tbe Trade Unions, the remainder being devoted to the establishment of a new Union in London.
