The shipping ring intend shortly to increase tbe freights, to the colonies, in order to recoup the losses incurred by the recent strike. Eight hundred men are now working at the Albert dock, and no further trouble bas arisen. Received September 20th, 10.20 p.m. London, September 19. With part of the balance (£8000) of tbe strike fund it is proposed to repay the advances made by tbe Trade Unions, the remainder being devoted to the establishment of a new Union in London.
