[PBBS3 ASSOCIATION TKLKGRAM.J DTJNEDIN, September 19. At a meeting of the Exhibition Com* missioners today it was intimated that the Scottish collection of pictures are to arrive by the Tainoi. A cablegram from Lord Carrington, Governor of New South Wales, states that he will, if possible, attend the opening ceremony.
