Tuesday, August 6. <Before R. Beetham, Esq., R.M., and H. JHall, Esq,, J.P.) Civil Cases.—-Hopkins v Taylor, claim £1110s sd, for groceries, &c. Judgment for plaintiff for £9 3s 4d, with costs. Judgments went for plaintiffs by default, with costs, in Anderson v Corley £2 17s 6d; Whitcombe and Tombs v Evans, £8 153 7d; Bowron Bros, v Smith, £14 17s Id; Bedford v Noble, £59 10s ; Bridges v Howard, £17 14s 6d; same v same, £4 lis 6d; and Wilkin v Hurcombe, £2 10s. Foster v Raphael was adjourned till August Bth, Goodman v Hawker till August 13th, and Eskdale v Wilson till August 23rd.
