A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY.

WELLINGTON, August 2. The annual report of the Wellington Meat Export Company states that the Company has frozen during the year ending June 30th 120,322 sheep and lambs and 5086 bead cf cattle. The extensions now in progress will increase the Company's freezing capacity to 1400 sheep per diem. After writing off .£2062 ls 3d for the depreciation of machinery and buildings and paying an 8 per cent, dividend there will be a balance of .£B9l 7s 5d to carry forward.
