NEW ZEALAND REFRIGERATING COMPANY.
DUNEDIN, July 25. The report of the Directors of the N. Z. Refrigerating Company states that the net profit, after providing for depreciation, amounts to £4629, which is recommended to be appropriated as follows:—Payment of a dividend of 8 per cent, per annum, £1716; return to shippers of 5 per cent, primage, £1367 ; bonu3 of 5 per cent, to shareholders, being the proportion of profit realised by che Company's purchases, £1200; leaving £344 to be carried forward. There were frozen at the Company's works for the year 177,504 sheep and lambs, and 3453 quarters beef, more than half being at Oamaru.
