AUCKLAND RACING CLUB.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.] AUCKLAND, August 5. The balance-sheet of the Auckland Racing Club was submitted at the annual meeting of that body, and showed a credit to profit and loss account of £1183 3s Od, and that the Club's liabilities had been reduced by £1380 3s Bd. Mr L. D. Nathan was re-elected President. The Club have adopted the rules passed at the Napier Conference. The retiring Committee were re-elected.
